Non veg food is nothing but muscles and fat of a dead animal. you may get cholesterol, may be some digestion problem and if you eat bad meat you may get health problems and diseases. Non veg eaters may seem stronger, but vegetarians are always healthier bcoz their food is rich in nutrients and not fat. ----------------- Virtual Office London

I agree with you because green vegetables and green leaves contain more vitamins, minerals and proteins which we need.

Eating non-veggie won’t give health effects but it should be in a limit, if we eat too much then it will lead to cholesterol, health and heart diseases, there should be a balance with veggie and non-veggie food.

There is a health risk if we ate row or spoiled meats, apart from that i don't think it may occur any physical issue.

There is no risk, non-veg food containing all nutritional values. Those are fresh and don’t contain preservatives or any other harmful substances.
