Non veg food is nothing but muscles and fat of a dead animal. you may get cholesterol, may be some digestion problem and if you eat bad meat you may get health problems and diseases. Non-veg foods also needs for our healthy life. But too much having non-veg food might harm for your healthy life and there’s a limit to have non-veg foods.

I am a vegetarian but my husband is non vegetarian. He gets sick and fatigue easily, so I think your points are true.
